Multipickup Method (MPM) The Multipickup Method is a useful tool to use when you have gathered a large volume of data. Often, even with average size project reviews, at the end of the analysis phase there can be hundreds of issues listed on the walls. With large teams or when looking at the results of many Project Reviews you could have many more. This methodology is used for winnowing the many statements down to a manageable number. |
